ZEDONLINE  Two reasons... one, cheats are usually meant for the developer to test the game, not the player. Two, the developer test bits will include useful bits of information for the developer, like frames per second.

By making them all 'cheats', they are a small simple piece of code in the app that the developer doesn't suddenly have to maintain.
