YUUKO I used to love this application, and still want to love it, but... Panic does not keep us informed. Also, Unison needs badly to be updated, and it should have been WAY before Snow Leopard. Its code needs huge tuning, especially when working with big download lists. It crashes sometimes, and even if you save the list fine, it often gets corrupted. Also, the database is slow ! Groups can be very crowded, and you can do a better job working with the database, saving us time waiting for the damn thing to be updated, filtered, and all. And what about exporting database ? Back-up fonction ? And any new feature many people ask for ? Not talking about the Snow Leopard introduced bugs, other people pointed them out very well: by today's Mac standards, Unison should be labelled as an early beta. Panic really don't care about its customers, but still want us to support them. Guys, that doesn't work this way. I already gave up Transmit for Flow, where I get real support and where app is really updated. What's keeping me to Unison is that there's no alternative, and I am pretty sure you use this fact in order to keep the app unworked on. I have lost faith and respect to you. It's up to you to get them back. (Version 1.8.1) |
