WHEELIE4  Actually I discovered today after tinkering if you set (For menu shortcut: press CMD twice and hold) and (For system-wide shortcuts: press CMD twice and hold) then Firefox stops crashing BUT then when holding CMD to see the shortcuts window it doesn't always show.

WHEELIE4  Being quadriplegic and heavily dependent on keyboard shortcuts and having to remember so many I love Keycue. But ever since Firefox version 3.0.8 and every version up to 3.5.1 it causes firefox to crashes constantly when executing a shortcut., I had to turn keycue off. Once I did that firefox stopped crashing. Don't recall this happening w/ Firefox 3.0.7 and before. Any help would be appreciated.

ERGONIS SOFTWARE  Am am glad to inform you that (at least as per the release notes of the developers of Firefox) this bug should have been finally fixed in FireFox (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=ALL%20status1.9.1%3A.3-fixed)

We recommend upgrading to FireFox 3.5.3.

WHEELIE4  Thanks soooooo much. Been using a stand alone app for handling cookies since i moved to Leopard. Was called Cocoa Cookies, great app but requires manual control.

WHEELIE4  I tried this today on my intel macbook C2D. As the readme said, I created a new folder named "Services" inside my users "Libraries" folder and copied the "Wordservices.services" file into it then logged out and back in but I do not get any service menu when I opened a file in textedit. What I do wront?

MACBENUTZER  I found your problem.

Yes, it's a step backward, but in Mac OS 10.4, "Services" is not a menu on the menu bar. It's in the application menu (e.g., "TextEdit") under the sub-menu for "Services". It's intermixed with all of the other services.

That makes it 1 step more work to use. So I would only use those that you can put on keys.

BTW, I also discovered that the key shortcuts are disabled for those keys that are already used by the application. To fix this, redefine the shortcut to a key available in all of the applications you use it with.

MyPopBarrier

WHEELIE4  I just wanted to say thanks to the developer. I just switched to a Mac 4 months ago and didn't know an app like this was available for Mac's until today. I used MailWasher (very similar) to manually filter/delete spam on the server before downloading to my WinPC. (I prefer doing it manually than with auto filters) Now with MyPopBarrier I can do it on my Mac. Just like MailWasher, it's simple and to the point. So Thanks a lot. :)
