We have sent you a set of questions to understand and regenerate the issue. Please note, at this time Voila is not fully compatible with Snow Leopard. We have updated this information on our blog as well: We are testing Voila by upgrading the OS from Leopard to Snow Leopard. It is important to understand the issues/defects sent by our customers in order to regenerate them and thus provide a fix. Sometimes even the developers gets clueless about these issues, simply because it does not occur on their system: - Because they don't get to see the issue in the same environment as it appears on the troubled system or - Maybe due to lack of steps/ technical information available to regenerate the issue We always guide our customers to provide detailed description wherever required and we understand it is important for us to fix the issues. We are looking into all the user requests, feedback, comments and suggestions shared via direct channels such as: product support email, blog and forum on our site. We also make reasonable efforts to collect feedback provided on other sites, blogs and forums as much as possible, like the one you are seeing here.
