TYNSOE  You can safely ignore Virtual Memory usage, the high amount reported is related to universal binary / Garbage collected compatibility. If your mac is slowing down tho, check how much real memory it is using, and CPU usage.

Though, you can open old preferences and copy/paste shell commands
