Still doesn't work for me--Safari doesn't display any image if I have Saft installed. I have reported this problem to the developer months ago but I never got any response. |

Great idea! Great start! Great plug-in! Would like to donate to support the development! Few suggestions: - support of MailTags (windows interfere at the moment) - support of SpamSieve (and other spam filters) to sort out spam/junk messages (index seems to include them at the moment; at least if you don't use the build-in spam filter) - option to exclude emails in the trash (and maybe from other specific folders) - maybe support of letterbox/wide mail However, it is a really helpful plug-in already! |

If you are working on OS X.5 check the link to get rid of any brush metal and old aqua design. NOTE: This will effect the whole system! Read the instructions before using it at your own risk! http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=271487#p271487 |

It seems the Sente team forces the development of Sente more than the Bookends team for Bookends at the moment. The new features of Sent 5.4.1 are interesting... Will Bookends catch up? |

The approach of Papers is very interesting and the implementation of different online sources seems to be smoothly. The scope, however, is science focused and I could not see a easy way to integrate social science online sources, in particular law journal etc. online sources. I have noticed the "plug-in" option but I haven't either the ability nor the time to do so. It would be interesting to learn if Papers will be developed for social science in the near/middle future. If so, I would buy the software immediately only to support this project. |

I just had a quick look at Zoom. Looks nice and interesting. However, as far as I could see it doesn't allows you to resize or move windows be only using the keyboard. Am I wrong? |

The easiest way to "undock" LaunchBar is Dock Doger (freeware); it also provides the feature to "dock" LaunchBar again, if needed. |

@JPAR Interesting suggestions; hopefully John will consider your ideas. Another great feature would be a support of MailTags in the preview window of MiniMail (as far as I know a Leopard version of MailTags is on the way). However, as you said, MiniMail is a outstanding Mail plug-in! |

I bought Awaken just with the MacHeist II Bundle and I like it. However, I miss a little feature: It seems not possible to set fixed times for the "Egg timer", but I boil my eggs always the same period of time. ;) That way I could not start the "Egg timer" just with a singel click... |

MsgFiler is a handy complement to Mail Act-On. I have a lot of folders (because I have to sort my emails for history reasons) and it isn’t convenient to set for all of them a rule or Mail Act-On rule. I use Mail Act-On for my most important and daily used folders, but I love to use MsgFiler for infrequently used folders or for folders with many sub-folders. The search engine works great and really fast. You can use multiple search terms, part of words or navigate trough a list of strikes via the up and down arrow keys. Simple and good. In addition, MsgFiler allows you easy to find and open any of your folders (Apple+O), if you need to have a look of your old emails. Ultimately, Adam (the developer) is very responsive if you have any queries and interested in suggestions. MsgFiler as a full integrated Mail plug-in is for me one of my “must have”… |

I agree; to keep a app or script simple and clean is a good cause. Cheers! |

I don't think so. If you received a lot of e-mails from different senders it is helpful to sort them manually; to create every time a rule is sometimes more time-consuming and often you never need this rule again. |

I was interested in MsgFilter a long time, but did not install it because it was an extra application. I use and like Mail Act-On, but I have to much folders, and only define the most important folders with a short-cut. Now MsgFilter is integrated in Mail as a plug-in, and at my first impression it seems to be a good complement to Mail Act-On. |

Look's nice and is easy to use. I will try it and consider after the demo period if it is worth 20 bucks (at the moment it seems a little bit too much....). |

short: Perfect! - OMiC do what it says! long: The first version of OMiC was already very useful for me. Version 1.02 is however perfect for my purposes. OMiC simplifies the communication with users of outlook exquisitely. It is no longer necessary to do detours (e.g. TNEF's Enough), if you like to open the content of a winmail.dat. You can now see the schedules, appointments, files or V-Cards directly in the pull-down menue for attachments. OMiC simplified really the everyday life in a office. A really good investment! Between the version 1.0 and 1.02, Chris, the developer, and I had via a couple of e-mails an interchange of ideas. He always quickly reacted and was always very cooperatively. Do not hesitate to contact Chris, if you have any trouble with OMiC or any idea to advance OMiC! |
