Records Master	Sep 26 2007	SYLVAN WELLS Do not buy this software. The developer will not support it. I was a registered user for the past two years when, suddenly my computer wanted the original password which I no longer had. I emailed the developer and was told I had never purchased it! I sent him at least six e-mails where we had corresponded in fixing a problem with the software in 2006. In spite of evidence that I was, in fact, a registered user, he was adamant that I never purchased the software and refused to give me the key I had paid for. As a result I had to find another way to accomplish what this software purports to do. Luckily, I found that you do not need this software as organizationof folders in the Finder does exactly the same thing! (Version 5.82)		+1

JPLW In fact, the user who complained that I do not support did indeed correspond with me multiple times, and I fixed problems he was having. However, I have no record of his payment, nor does my payment processor, nor does the user. There is no evidence that he paid.

MACMAN While some users are under bandwidth constraints, the file is not that large, even for dialup. It's an honest goof-up, and you should really stop whining and nagging at some of the best utility developers ever to grace the Mac platform.

In addition: How do you know whose goof-up it was?

iData	Jul 16 2003	SYLVAN WELLS I have been using iData Pro since it was released. I used QuickDex for ten years before that. IData pro is a wonderful program! It does what it purports to do perfectly without alot of extra "features" that bog it down. Would it be nice if it was a "cocoa" application. Yes, I would love to have Services, etc. but it is my understanding that the developer is doing that as I write this comment. Maybe we will see it soon. But, for now, there is no free form data manager better than iData Pro and I highly recommend it!!!!!! (Version 1.0.11)		0

Auction Tender	Jul 12 2003	SYLVAN WELLS This "Company" truly amazes me. It was just two days ago that I purchased Auction Tender 4.1 and it did not work as reported in Macintouch. After completely blowing me off and my request for a refund or software that works, they release a "new" version. I thought that maybe they took my criticism to heart and released a fixed version for its' customers. When I tried to use it, this version does not suport the serial numbers I just paid for two days ago. I have received no e-mail or any other contact with new serial numbers. I don't know of adecent software company anywhere that makes their software obsolete two days after purchasing it. Therefore, I must tell you DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE OR ANY OTHER FROM THIS COMPANY!
