Below are some responses to your comments: 1. iPhone OS 3.0 support was released on July 1st. Unfortunately your 3.0 iPhone would not have worked with iPod Access before that. iPod Access was the first music transfer program to provide iPhone OS 3.0 support. 2. iPod Access is written in Realbasic as stated in the about box. I am surprised this is even on your radar. Many great things are written in Realbasic. 3. iPod Access will work in Snow Leopard when it is released or shortly after. 4. Memory Leaks do not exist after a program is closed, only while running. If you have 50MB getting tied up somewhere it either your OS or another program. 5. The warnings in the readme file are to prevent headache. Apple has gone to great links to automatically sync iPods. This can sometimes end up erasing iPods and all the users music. iPod Access has implemented safety routines to help guard against this but there are things a user can do to help prevent it. To be honest we have never had a complaint about providing too much information. If it annoys you please do not read it. Sorry to hear your experience with iPod Access has not been great. Hopefully you will take another look at our app in the future and see if it meets your needs. (Version 4.3) |
