SOPHIESTICATION  I'm working on a bugfix for this. You might revert to version 2.0.1 since this version seems not to be affected by the changes in iTunes 7.7.

SOPHIESTICATION  CoverSutra has some serious issues on quite a lot Macs since the last update.

The search is actually working, but it responds so slow that you think it's not. I gladly tracked down the cause if this issue and working on fixing it now. The next version should just work fine again. You might revert back to the previous verison 2.0.1 in the mean time.

SOPHIESTICATION  The new version uses a totally different kind of memory management (Garbage Collection). This is a great new feature in Leopard, however, it's kinda confusing to users since from time to time the application seems to use extreme high amounts of memory. This is actually not the case, the system will release more memory to other apps when needed.

The Growl preferences are now in the advanced preferences which are hidden by default.

To access advanced preferences:

- Open the application menu

- Press and hold down the Option key.

- Choose Advanced Preferences….

SOPHIESTICATION  There is a hidden option for those people who prefer the heart over the note icon in the menu bar. You have to set this using the Terminal application. Do the following to alter the menu items appearance:

- Quit CoverSutra and open the Terminal application.

- Type in the following line into the terminal:

defaults write com.sophiestication.CoverSutra gender 'female'

The heart icon should then appear after you’ve restart CoverSutra.
