I am glad that version 3 is being worked on, but I would love a small update for the current version to remove the Intel-specific bug since running Schoolhouse in Rosetta brings my MacBook to a crawl whenever I use it.

Is this project dead? Either way, what is a good alternative?

Is there a status update for development? If not, can anyone recommend similar alternatives?

This release doesn't seem to have the Brother HL-2040 even though it has CUPS 1.1. What gives?

I really enjoy this program. Could there please be an option, though, for including the Trash?

So plugins MUST apply to ALL users on the computer? What's the security risk of allowing users to install plugins in their home directory?

I'm patient waiting for a version that works with Safari 3.0.4 on Mac OS X 10.4.11, but I would just love an update from the developer. Any timetable or to-do publicly available?

I can't seem to find any way to email the developer.

There is no official version for Mac OS X 10.4.11 and Safari 3.0.4. I hope that an update comes out soon and that the Allow GIFs checkboxes are usable.

Flash videos in Safari read "Plugin - click to load" despite "Load plugins manually" being unchecked in the "Stand" menu bar item. Clicking it does NOT load the video, and removing SafariStand.bundle and restarting Safari makes the videos load automatically and without problem. I have Safari 3.0.4 and Mac OS X 10.4.11 with SafariStand 3.0T151. Please update!

Also, I wish there were an option to disable certain elements, like the "Export to PDF" contextual menu item.

Why isn't this included in the official release? I bet if the translator visited the Transmission forums, the developers would gladly add it to the next version.

That little hack crashes Safari for me so I will just wait patiently for an official update.

http://haoli.dnsalias.com/Saft/Download/index.html

Saft 9.0.1 is exclusively for Mac OS X 10.4.11 and Safari 3.0.4. It's the second item listed on that webpage. And in my experience, the developer does respond to emails.

So is this compatible with both Tiger and Leopard? Under Tiger, is it compatible with both Safari 2 and the Safari 3 beta?

After installing this update both the About Box and Get Info for Microsoft Word list it as version 11.3.8.

Winclone is a great utility for backing up and restoring your Boot Camp Windows installation. It's simple, fairly quick, and free! The UI could be prettier but Winclone is far superior to any other utility I could find for this purpose.

I have a CanoScan LiDE 80 and when I try to use CanoScan Toolbox 5.0.1.1 it says "Failed to open a driver." I went to Canon's website and went to the support page for my specific scanner and they version of CanoScan Toolbox that they list is 4.1.3.0. Is the new version not compatible with my scanner or do I have to do something special for it to work? 4.1.3.0 works fine still but I really want a Universal Binary so it would be great if someone could help me get 5.0.1.1 working.

It works great, but the interface is not very Mac OS X-like and it saves the videos to the Flash .swf format. Change those two shortcomings and this will be one great piece of software.

Thank you!

I assume they want to spam you with product offers, so I used a disposable dodgeit.com email address for a client of mine. The link led to the same place… asking me for my email address. Maybe they have a blacklist for such disposable email websites, but I wish they would say that because I was confused why I kept having to enter my email address. Have other people had similar experiences?

But is it through Rosetta that the Preference Pane / application run?

Does anyone know if Microsoft is working on a Universal Binary version of the software? Or if Microsoft plans to update the software at all?

I think that file you heard was one of the websites in your history being loaded by (h)iStoryboard.

Anyways, no updates since 2005. Are these guys still around?

I wish other software worked with my CanoScan LiDE 80 (if anything else is compatible, please let me know so I can ditch this software!). Sometimes it doesn't connect with the scanner for silly reasons, the interface is poor, options are limited, and it's PPC-only (does anyone know if this will be made a universal binary?). I only use this software because I don't know of any other software that works with my scanner.

Also, is there a way to get it to show what the incorrect password attempts were? I'd like to see what others tried as my password and what I typed when I mis-typed my password.

I have used Maintenance Automator Action for many months now and I love it! It does what I want and does it well. The developer has commented on suggestions that I have emailed him so it is great to know that he is actively involved with this program.

This widget is great! I just wish it would get an update soon. Specifically, I wish it would save the window position so that I don't have to reposition it at every restart.

Also, are widgets automatically Universal Binaries? If not, I hope the developer releases a new update and makes it a UB!

This is great! Will all of Stick Software's applications eventually go Universal? It's been a few years since some of Mr. Haller's programs have been updated so I hope to see some Intel compatibility soon. Try this program!

Thanks! This plays an XviD that VLC (standalone) and everything else wouldn't. This compact application is just what I'd been looking for for about a month.
