When you initially make the purchase you get 30 days of “free tech support.” Following that, well get ready to pay an “arm and a leg!” When a update is released and you install it, you discover there are problems and you need support, there isn’t any; unless you again are willing to pay an “arm and a leg!” The support forums are useless!
I’m saddened to have to write this... but it is the truth. Since 1985 I’ve never come across any software with such poor Tech Support!
