ROBO-X  I got it finally working after I got the new version from the developers new webpage. It must be the easiest DVD ripper on the Mac. I just tried on two DVDs but it was fast and extremely easy to use. Fantastic app.

ROBO-X  Don't you think I have tried everything I can to make it work? I contacted the support without getting an answer. As it was part of the MacPromo bundle it came WITHOUT serial. Now tell me how to enter a serial that wasn't there. It won't update and won't run. If that doesn't deserve 1 star then I don't know what does except for maybe your comment.

*....

ROBO-X  I bought my version of RipIt with the MacPromo bundle at the end of May and when I tried it for the first time it crashed while ripping. I had very limited disk space so it might have been that. Since then I upgraded my HD and there have been a few updates so I tried it again. When I try to use the built in update it says that an error occured and when trying to Rip a DVD it says that the Demo period has expired. I bought this version and now it says it has expired. I am disappointed and it's hard to rate and recommend this to anyone as it has never worked for me.

KEN BURNS EFFECT  Contact support and/or write just a comment!

Giving one star rating due to a faulty installation is just not right.

JEFFISHERETOO  +1 This should be a comment and you should list the steps you've taken to resolve the issue! I all for hammering a vendor when they fail to help or have crappy software but you just seem to be a crappy customer and if you can't figure out this site and how/why to enter a comment vs. a review for something like this I have no doubt your having issues. Like just maybe you didn't enter your serial in the first place? Nawwwww....it can't be you!

ROBO-X  What's the point? Apache and PHP comes preinstalled on every Mac that runs Tiger or Leopard. No need to waste 100bm of space on your HD when all you have to do to enable PHP and Apache is to change a few config files.

EBAUR  1. Does Apple give you updates? No.

Does apple give you php? No, you have to compile it, and some people don't want to/ know how.
