RINA SHERMAN  Using coolscan ED V, on either ibook G3 or Powermac G4, both have adequate memory.

When using ROC and GEM functions on either, Nikon Scan crashes at preview level.

My ED V is under guarantee has been back to Nikon workshop, they changed the mother card, to no effect problem persists.

Ideas ?

RINA SHERMAN  After having uninstalled and reinstalled Nikon SCAN 4 and update endless times to no avail, software still crashes on Mac OS 10.3.9 each time adjustments made and asked to scan, NIKON now suggests there is a version 4.0.1 out there that may do the trick, but I have only found Version 4 and its update 2. Anyone with similar problems and prehaps a solution, since NIKON seems to think they do not anyone any solutions.
