RICHARDBRONOSKY  Be careful about setting your region code to none. I use MyDVDEdit to edit the menus/flow/IFOs of DVDs that I backup for my 2 year old. I edit them so that they go straight to the movie without having to press any buttons. (This is GREAT for in-vehicle DVD systems!!!) I've noticed a lot of DVDs have commands in them like: if regionCode=0 or regionCode=255 {goto blank_1_frame_infinitely_repeating_video_clip}

I of course delete those lines out, because I can on a disk I burn. If you remove the region code from your DVD player you would find that the original disk just displayed a blank screen.
