REMOTRUKER  I am not a developer, nor do I know anything about programing. However I too can't get my account to come up. I am connected to the internet(proof, you are reading this). My username is not a Username@gmail.com account, does this matter? I am using my own username@clearwire.net.

Just asking.... BTW: I consider myself an advanced Mac user, but I'm no programmer.
