PONKASS  I found out how to do it. Quit iScrobbler and write this in the Terminal:

defaults write org.bergstrand.iscrobbler "GrowlPlays" -bool "false"  
(Version 2.1.1)

PONKASS  PLEASE, make it possible to diable the black pop-up box. It has to go.
