POCKETMACTEAM  Thanks for your comments. I'd like to give you an update on a few items, and correct a couple of misconceptions, if I may.

First, our dot releases are free to our users, and always have been. That is also true for bug fixes. I'm sorry that you were confused by that in the past. Our current versions are always available on our download page, here: http://www.pocketmac.com/download.php.

You mentioned having difficulty with some fine-tuning of the selection. In addition to mouse controls, you can use the keyboard to control the edit points in this release to get a more refined selection. Along with some new features, we're including finer keyboard controls in the next release. The preferences are not available because in the first version, this product was intended to be VERY easy to use, so we kept it very simple. Many users aren't as comfortable as you in using Garage Band, so this simple tool saves many people a lot of time.

Also coming in our next release is support for the longer ringtones.

I am not sure about your experiences with PocketMac for BlackBerry. I can't tell by your note if you tried the assistance of the support team, which is free here: www.pocketmacsupport.net. Many times the team can help you with any inconsistencies in your data that could have caused errors on your system.

I haven't heard any other reports of screen problems with RingtoneStudio, but we'll keep our eyes open and try to reproduce that.
