If you hover your mouse in the top right hand corner of the Control Panel window, messages are displayed for one second, regardless of the slider setting.

PAUL YOUNG  If you do not see the desired unit, you can use any unit, add the ingredient to the table and then edit the unit as desired. This is true for Version 2.xx and 3.0.

PAUL YOUNG  The word set used by Super GHOST contains over 80,000 words. You can modify this word set if you wish. The name of the file is SuperGHOST.txt and it can be found in Users/name/Library/Preferences. The file is a plain text file with one word per line. Use TextEdit or similar application to edit this file to your heart's content and save it as a plain text file. If you decide to go back to the default file for any reason, just delete it and a new file will be created with the default words.

PAUL YOUNG  GHOST lets you add a letter to the end of existing letters. A dictionary would help you beat the computer.

Super GHOST lets you add a letter to the beginning or to the end of existing letters. If you want to add a letter to the beginning of the existing letters, a dictionary would not be of too much help. Super GHOST was suggested by a GHOST user. A good GHOST player might not be as successful at Super GHOST.

PAUL YOUNG  Have you tried using the Down-Arrow to show the multiple choices, using the Down-Arrow to highlight your choice, hitting Return to enter the highlighted choice and hitting Return again to submit your answer? This approach allows you to keep your fingers on the keyboard and take a test quickly and easily.

I DO appreciate your suggestions. Spanish Vocab Version 2 will be out shortly. This version allows you to load a tab delimited plain text file with words and translations. You can also save the word/translation information in a plain text file.

PAUL YOUNG  Agree with your comments. The default word list has unusual words, acronyms, and even people's names. You can tailor the list as you wish, deleting words you do not want to use and adding new words. When you close the window, the list is saved for the next session.

PAUL YOUNG  Unfortunately, colors look different on different displays and printers. Because of this, it is best that you match the colors you like to swatches or equivalent and then buy that paint or match the swatch to cloth/furniture/etc.

Including Pantone colors or manufacturer colors could only disappoint the user because the end product would be slightly different from the color in your scheme.

PAUL YOUNG  The purpose of this application was to practice speed reading using free ebooks. There are many ebook readers already available. Preparation of the text files for the eBookShelf does take time ONCE but you can retrieve a parsed ebook almost instantly. This allows you to read the book throughout many sessions or read several ebooks as you might have several books in process.
