P.BUBBLEGUM  My first post was a typo as I was stuck on the installation process at 2:30am. The 2 sets of instructions say:

(1) Enter your name above the serial field.

(2) DO NOT enter your name above the serial field.

That being said, I think you can all find something better to do than slam people on anonymous message boards.

F4M SUPPORT  Unfortunately, it can be difficult to update instructions that appear in different places on the web. Initially, Flip4Mac did require both the name and serial number for activation. Earlier this year, that was changed and only the serial number is now required. However, if a name is entered it won't prohibit activation!
