So overpriced! I've used this at work for years and pretty well know it inside out. But have a look here for some details about its history: http://mystatistics.info/page4/page4.html

Just downloaded this. Looks very interesting - will this be the perfect money management package I've been seeking for years? Good online help too. Unfortunately I've got to work now, so little time to play with it at the moment. But one suggestion - would it be possible to include a sample file? It would be nice to see what it's capable of without having to enter lots of data.

This is a fabulous program. First, it seems utterly reliable. In two years of use it's never lost any data. It autosaves, but you can force a save if you want. Second, it's always just there, at the edge of the screen. That means no switching, moving windows, whatever. It really does seem to be the fastest way to store and retrieve information I've found. Just one simple move of the mouse and the drawer slides smoothly out. And that smoothness seems to characterize sidєɳotє.

Just checked this out. Looks quite powerful, particularly useful to have so many ways of presenting the test to students. I can think of quite a few uses in collecting research data via questionnaire too.

Thought I'd give this a try. If you're interested take a look at a couple of examples I've put on my web site: http://www.mystatistics.info/page4/page7/page7.html.

Worth buying, so I have!

Lovely, minimalist widget. Just enter the film name and it will query the internet movie database and return the average user rating for the film and a thumbnail. If you don't know the full name just type in a couple of words and it will return a list from which you can select the film you're interested in. I hadn't realised how much I used this program until IMDB changed something and Punk didn't work for a few days until this new release! I also have a widget that gives me all the TV programme times, so I can check the film ratings so easily. And, if you want to know more just click on the film name and you'll be taken straight to the review.

Go on, download it. You've nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Excellent - works perfectly! Wish the author would continue development, but even so Meteorologist is still the best looking weather program around.

This is a fabulous application. I've been using it to analyse swallowing behaviour (if you think this isn't a problem wait until you can't eat)! You record the data using an electronic stethoscope, import the data into Praat and compare the spectrograms of people with normal swallows and people with swallowing problems. The versatility of Praat, sophistication and ease of use are unmatched. Five stars all round.

Downloaded this and spent a couple of hours playing with it . I love the visual approach. You can group people in very intuitive ways. Some really clever ideas and lots of scope for development, but I'd encourage anyone to try it for themselves. The help guide is good, but it needs a 'getting started' guide.
