The guys from lyricwiki.org, one of the sites GimmeSomeTune uses to retrieve lyrics, have upgraded their server software, hence the lyrics problems. However, they know about it and are working on it! Hope this clarifies the issues. I hope they can fix it soon! (Version 4.1.1)

ODDYSSEEY The now playing info window does not show if iTunes is the frontmost, active application. If Finder or, say, Safari is the active application, then the info should be shown by GimmeSomeTune. Hope this helps. (Version 4.1.1)

Rest assured that I'm reading all of this and will fix the alias resolving and color profile change in the next release. However, I do check my email much more often than the comments on this site, so, if you have suggestions or need support, please contact me at support@eternalstorms.at Thank you all for your support,

ODDYSSEEY I think now I understand. You want to know if OpaqueMenuBar can make the menu bar translucent on machines that don't support it, like the PowerMac G5 with the geforce graphics card, right? Well, if the "Revert" button doesn't work, then, sadly, no, I'm sorry.

ODDYSSEEY I don't know exactly what you mean, but you can reset to the translucent menu bar by clicking on the "Revert" button in OpaqueMenuBar's window. (Version 1.5)

ODDYSSEEY To uninstall, yes, you have to quit it first, either with Activity Monitor or the terminal (killall OpaqueMenuBar). Then, you can delete the application. To reset the desktop image, just open up the system preferences and go to Desktop/ScreenSaver settings. There, re-select your desktop image. Then it will be reset. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. If there's anything else, please, don't hesitate to mail me at support@eternalstorms.at - I check it way more frequently than the comments here ;)

MATTHIAS GANSRIGLER Currently, there is no function built in to GimmeSomeTune to start up whenever iTunes starts up. But, you can let it add it to the startup items by going into System Preferences, go to your account settings and add it to the startup items manually there. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you very much for using GimmeSomeTune!
