ODDSBODKIN  Look: How can you get legal with ANY other graphics software that does what GraphicConverter does best for less than 35 US bucks? I use the batch converter frequently - it is much faster than Photoshop. GC converts the most arcane application specific image files. Image editing features are constantly being added and tweaked. Photoshop rules, and most likely always will, for image editing and graphic arts. But for grunt work I'll take GC any day. Waddya want for the money??

ODDSBODKIN  Something needs to be fixed here. Download page specs say Platform: PPC/Intel. My specs: iMac G5 Intel Duo OSX 10.4.10. Like other hopefuls commenting here, Wizzard launches from a nice top hat to a nifty red button which turns ornage when pressed. Finder relaunches and, except what was visible to begin with, nothing is revealed.

ODDSBODKIN  Standalone iMovie 7.1 installer made no difference nor did the removal of files suggested by Thanos - see my reply to the Thanos Sept post.

ODDSBODKIN  iMac G5 2.16 GHz Intel Duo 2GB ram. Version 7.0 iMovie was running fine. I let Software Update install the 7.0.1 update after which the app would not launch. Believe me, I tried everything and nothing worked except trashing the "upgraded" app and re-installing v7.0 form the iLife '08 disk. Anyone else encounter this? Love the app; hate the upgrade.
