MARK DAVIDSON  I first purchased this SW because I needed a way to print long murals on an Epson 9800. This did just fine with excellent print quality and stability.

That, however is the end of the happy talk.

I found the license/activation procedure absolutely confounding and needlessly enraging. It took two days of trying to get a hold of someone to help and they were very condescending. I may not write code but I am no novice when it comes to software and it's operation/installation/activation etc. It seems to me that the person who wrote the app spent more time on trying to protect the software than actually developing the software.

Of course, as soon as I get all squared away and produce some saleable work I lose the HD with the software.

Now I have to got through the whole freaking process again.

This product cannot be used in a production environment for many reasons that others have enumerated below, but the most significant reason would be that support of any description is virtually unobtainable.

If I had to do a simple re-install of software on Friday night for a job due Monday I would be SOL.

Look elsewhere if your business depends on timely output.
