MARIOZ  Fantastic codec. But as I use it w/h the AVCdecoder as well I have a question for the developers:

Can it create some trouble using FCP/FCE w/h AVCHD cameras?

MARIOZ  ok, this software said it is working w/h EyeTv files but it is not (it claims the files are in a not working format).

Encoding options relays over QT options w/t all the limitations it has, and also some of them they don't work (for ex. the crop option in the resizing does not work).

I bought this software hoping it was better than Turbo 264 own software but it is a big disappointing delusion. Maily the fact to use QT makes it absurd, if I wanted to use QT I can do it without a software.

MARIOZ  Fantastic w/h my MacPro. I use to convert Mpeg2 files I get from my Elgato device and I obtain an half RT time encoding. From Mpeg 2 to H264 two passes, high quality.

MARIOZ  Now this program it is really fantastic. It uses all 4 cores of my MacPro to make the compression and it is very very fast. Conversion to iPod in H264 1 pass optimized for the iPod, quality High: 18 min for a 96 min Divx movie.

MARIOZ  I use this program for preparing my movies to be seen on the PSP and now on my iPod. For that use the global performance it is very good and fast.

Encode a divx w/h QT Player 7.0.3 (H264) and probably after 20h. using a PowerMac double G5 u are still waiting (quality very good of course).

Here the re-encoding takes ab 1h with good result.

Never seen problems of stability at all.

MARIOZ  I use PageSender at least a couple of times weekly on my PB w/h 10.3.5 installed w/out any problem.

I suggest to reinstall Page Sender after any sys upgrade as I seen that some permission matters don't let the app opens or works after updates.

If u don't like to reinstall (why?) u can avoid it repairing the permissions w/h Printer Setup Repair (Disk Ut does not do it).
