MACGRUDER  So far this is exactly what I need. Seems great. But one totally weird thing:

Screen capture applications are ideal for showing people how to use software. So wtf doesn't Screenflow itself have an screenflow made tutorial.

Sure they have a promotional video which is great for marketing the product but one has to wonder how good the product really is if they have been unable to use Screenflow to make a video how to use Screenflow.

MACGRUDER  This looks good, and so far has worked flawlessly for me. Some obvious missing features:

1) Search - I don't seem to be able to filter files by search for files like svnX

2) More 'quick filter' options. Now it has All and Changed only. I'd like to see Conflicted, Unversioned etc

3) One-click ignore (or right click).

MACGRUDER  This is an extraordinary piece of software. Beautiful free and fast. It has a slightly steep learning curve but give it time and you'll change the way you work.

For example,

You can select an image,

Resize it as a copy,

Rename it,

Choose a name of someone in your address book,

Attach it,

Mail it.

All in about 10 seconds (really 10 seconds) without leaving the keyboard.

Or my favourite:

Type a number, and it automatically can rate the present iTunes track to that number.

MACGRUDER  This is an excellent client. A little tricky to get started.

The only thing that is really missing is a Smart Mode in Pane View for viewing the Working Copies (like SVN). With that it would be perfect.

MACGRUDER  Good, but unfortunately with version 1.2 gets the times wrong by an hour. If I set to GMT + 9 I get the England - Ecuador game at 1am but it should be midnight (the game is at 3PM GMT, 4PM BST)

MACGRUDER  SuperDuper! is the only 'non-expert' application that makes an exact duplicate including all the meta-data. So unless you are prepared to do some heavy duty lifting in the command line or pay a lot more SuperDuper is your best bet.

They're very friendly too, and the software just does its job. A must have.

MACGRUDER  Very nice and attractive browser but one thing about it is driving me nuts.

The hand pointer keep appearing. If I don't move the mouse for 2 or 3 seconds the arrow pointer turns into the hand. Then as I move the mouse it seems to randomly flicker between arrow and hand making links tricky to find. Does anyone else have this issue?

MACGRUDER  In terms of features, Firefox cannot be bettered. The webdeveloper toolbar for example is something that I would pay for, it's that good.

But it's damn ugly, and there are some annoyances. The download window for example. Who thought that

open - remove - open containing window are sufficient options? It's totally nuts that there isn't a 'show' option.

So good, but with annoying gaps.
