M. LUTHER  Don't know why so many people are complaining about this app. It has a decent amount of templates. I pick one for the classification of items I mostly sell and it looks great. I even had someone contact me asking what program I use to create my ads since they look so professional. I believe my auctions are ending higher now than prior to using the program.

I ran into one problem last night where iSale kept getting stuck on "uploading to ebay." I tried numerous fixes, none of which worked. I decided to try to delete some of the photos in my FTP space (only 10MB of space), and now iSale is working flawlessly, so apparently that was full. Too bad the program couldn't have let me know this was the problem, as I wasted 30 minutes troubleshooting that I could have spent posting auctions. Also, sometimes when I click the upload/post button, iSale sits there and fails to upload to ebay, but when I click it a second time it will work.

Overall, I am happy with iSale and am continuing to use it to post my auctions. I would recommend it to anyone interested. The area where iSale saves me the most amount of time is in photo management; resizing and uploading photos to my FTP space -- iSale does it automatically where I had to do it manually before. I hate taking the time to post stuff on ebay, and iSale helps to make the whole process go a little quicker.

It only took me a few seconds to click the X and remove it from my cart. M. LUTHER  I ran deLocalizer on my iMac that just got a fresh install of 10.5.5, plus some other software like Office and a few other titles. I saved over 3GB removing all the foreign languages. That's a heck of a lot of space for something I'll never, ever use.

M. LUTHER  Similar thing here. On 2-pass my videos stop soon after the second pass begins. On single pass my videos stop after a few minutes of encoding. I am going back to version 0.9.1 on my 10.5 Mac so hopefully everything will work hunky dory again.

M. LUTHER  GREAT app. Because of this app I was able to buy a used iPhone to use with my old AT&T plan which I have had before the merge w/Cingular. I have to use unlocked phones on my account or else AT&T/Cingular will make me loose my 1000 min 2-phone family plan for $59 (free nights/weekends/M-M) and upgrade to a lesser plan that costs more. Ummm... NO THANK YOU. Plus, I am around WiFi almost all the time so don't really need to pay $20/mo for Edge. This FREE program Unlocked my iPhone so I could pop in my old SIMM and am good to go. It was pretty easy to used ... look at iClarified.com for helpful instructions. Thanks to the developers. I will look for a way to donate when I get some cash in my paypal account. 5 star app by far!

M. LUTHER  Great little app! Like another reviewer, this has now replaced MenuMeters for me. That was a great program, but iStat menus is more fully featured with fan speed and temp that MM does not have. Also, I like the calendar that pops up when I click the date. However, it does not use my international preferences which is month/day/year but instead puts the date as day/month/year.

One other tiny difference is that MenuMeters allowed me to open internet preferences under the network usage, and Activity Monitor under CPU usage, but those options do not exist in iStat menus.

However, on the whole iStat menus is a better program and has more features, so I am using iStat menus. Keep up the great work!

LUTHER  7-8 years ago when iVisit was beta and then the 1.0 version was released, it was a great app. Of course, most folks only had dial-up back then, so you got like 0.1 fps, but audio was very good. It was still very cool. PC folks had a lot of compatibility issues, but that will always be the case. The program just worked on the Mac.

Today you have free programs like iChat AV and SightSpeed for videoconferencing, which produce very good results with broadband everywhere, and they are constantly being updated. iVisit looks the same and has the same basic features as it did 7 years ago, except now you gotta pay $50/yr to use it. Not only that, it has become populated with perverts and the type of people willing to use their CC for pron sites. It's sad to see this piece of software stuck back where it was years ago and for its online community to tranform into what it is today.

Even when iChat first came out many Mac users (myself included) still promoted iVisit as the premiere videoconferencing solution for the Mac. In the past couple of years I don't think I have seen one person recommend iVisit as an alternative for videoconferencing.

M. LUTHER  Nice app. Works great to dim my SUPER-BRIGHT iMac G5 2.1GHz. Now I can work late at night and not be blinded. But the Sun icon is ugly. I replaced it with an icon of an Apple display.
