TASTYAPPS So for people reading this thread, here is what happened. This individual emailed me 3 times - in 1 day (the day before he posted to this thread). For the record - i *did* respond to him within 24 hours from his first email, but due to the time zone difference i didn't see his email until i woke up. It baffles me how some people don't think that within 24/48 hours is a good response time. Some companies take weeks to reply i clear my inbox every day, or every other day. Again for the record... His paypal payment was "uncleared" probably as a result of an invalid card or expiry date. Ultimately we never were notified of the purchase... so his problem is with Paypal... not us. Please note... i do care a great deal about people's perception of me and my company. I listen, i respond and i try to help everyone that has a problem or needs a question answered. Luckily 99% of people don't have any problems... usually the problems that occur (like this one) are user errors... or other such problems out of my control. And ordinarily i am understanding, kind and helpful. But not when i'm being yelled at, and not when people are rude. Now, i have asked him to chime in and apologize for unjustly defaming me and my company... let's see if he is a big enough man. (Version 2.6) |
