LOPAN  It looks like this excellent program is dead. No updates in over a year.

Too bad. It's much better and cheaper than any other GTD program for the mac. I won't pay 50.00 for things and 80.00 for omnifocus?, give me a break. I got 10.5 for less than that.

LOPAN  1. Good interface, Looks like it will work for what I want it to.

2. Expensive.

3. I have had a couple of blowups already

but it is a new release of something that doesn't exist anywhere else to my knowledge so I am more willing to put up with it.

4. Web site doesn't have a forum. It needs one for proper feedback. Blogs are ok for announcing info but a forum makes or breaks it.

DRUMSHANBO  I think it would also be neat to have a forum area specific for parts of the world (i.e. Europe, North America, etc.) where people could share their Knapsack itineraries.

MACMARIA  I agree with the above comments. Nowadays, a forum dedicated to an app is a must -- it helps the users both technically and on sharing ideas and knowledge. Knapsack would benefit from that.
