LIFESTYLE COACH  By far the best app I've tried for applying the GTD system. Omnifocus is extremely flexible, and I like how I can customize it's appearance, and create very simple, focus views.

Support via email has been outstanding, and live phone support is a big plus. I nearly bought "Things" and tested both "Things" and "Omnifocus" but Ominfocus for me was the definitive winner.

LIFESTYLE COACH  Pzizz is a Quantum Leap.

I've tried standard relaxation CD's and found them disappointing. After a while, my mind KNEW what was

coming next and I found myself "tuning out". I never seemed to be able to reach the "deep meditative level" I

wanted to with them.

What I love about Pzizz is that each session is unique. There are literally BILLIONS of sessions it can generate

so every time I use it, it's a completely different experience.

A 20 min "session" with Pzizz and it feels like I've slept for hours. It's uncanny.

Pzizz incorporates a Biurnal Beat - low tones technically not heard, but perceived as an auditory beat. These

are important for achieving lower levels of brain waves - Theta & Delta, typically associated with greater

creativity, deep meditation, etc.

It's difficult to describe the experience but what an experience it is! I've never felt so relaxed... and the feeling lasts.

If you decide against Pzizz and go the CD route instead, I'd consider looking into the ones that incorporate Biurnals.

There are some good reviews of Pzizz on their site:

http://www.pzizz.com/sports.asp

Pzizz incorporates the voice of Michael Breen, a Master NLP trainer who is well known in Neuro Linguistic Programming circles for his work with Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna in the UK.

At $39, Pzizz is a bargain. If you're hestiating, trust me: once you experience it (with headphones), you'll KNOW you've made the right decision.

Run, do not walk, to pzizz.com and get it. You'll be glad you did!

Whilst I can understand your skepticism, I can assure you that the review in question did not come from anyone associated with pzizz...

Although they may sound like the words of a marketing department, these are honestly the kinds of responses we hear all the time, so enthusiastic are our customers!

Have a look at the reviews on our site : http://www.pzizz.com/reviews.asp to see what others are saying!

Best wishes
