LETO_PARALLELS  Did Parallels tools install okay after you upgraded to version 4.0? The choppy performance and mouse control issues makes it sound like something occurred during that process.

Installing tools is actually a fairly sensitive process, just like installing hardware drivers can be. If you're running on a shiny new MacBook, Parallels Desktop 4.0 should be smooth as butter.

LETO_PARALLELS  Hi - Leto from Parallels.

Could you tell me which Linux version you were attempting to install?

Also, did you attempt to use Parallels Transporter to convert any existing Linux partitions?
