JEFFERY YATES  I started the 15 day trial on this software, and on day one I had a query on how to make file mimicking work. I posted a query on the developers forum, and a day later I emailed their support email address.

My trial period is now pretty much over, and I have had no reply to my forum posting, nor to the email I sent to their support address.

This feels like abandonware to me, so I don't buy.

JEFF  I purchased Quickvoice on 3/28/05 (Version 1). Just over 1 month later version 2 was released, which is a paid-for upgrade. I left 2 messages via their website feedback page requesting a free upgrade (considering the relatively short time between purchase and the new version coming out) but had no replies, other than a few emails encouraging me to pay for the upgrade.

I know I'm not entitled to a free upgrade, but a reply would have been courteous. So I've decided to vote with my wallet - it's my money, and I won't be spending any more of it with this company.
