JT_XIII  At first, you don't know where it can be useful, but the more you use it, define rules, add complexity, the more you understand how much of a timesaver this software is. One more reason to stick with the mac.

JT_XIII  This piece of software can on its own justify the switch to the mac for any aspiring writer - it's that good.

I was quite the skeptic when I heard about the application, and I doubted what I read.

Well, after tying it out, I must confess that 35$ are gladly paid for after looking at the tutorial and seing what it can do (novels, screenplays,...).

It's hard to summarize the killer features in this app, so I strongly recommend trying the demo, following the tutorial, and then see for yourself.

JT_XIII  simply put, you can now access your xvid/divx files via front row. An instant must.

JT_XIII  This app has a splendid UI, well thought-out.

The major flaw (and deal-killer in my case) is the inability to sync the calendar through the sync service. A quick google search showed the programmers were quite sensitive about this and not very likely to provide with a quick solution.

If you can live without syncing it's probably worth a try. If not, the wonderful experience will become frustrating after entering your first appointment.

Too bad, I was about to actually pay for software.

JT_XIII  Overall this is a nipe app with a great, polished GUI. The downside is that bittorrent performance is terrible: connecting, alayzing... There is still no decent bittorrent client for intel macs...

SAES  Transmission is available as a universal binary. It's incredibly lightweight and quick. http://transmission.m0k.org/

JT_XIII  I rarely participate in reviews, but with pithhelmet and other little marvels, this mail extension is one of the things that distance OSX from other OSes by an interstellar mile. Keep on.

JT_XIII  This is by far the best, most useful safari plugin. It dramatically chages the way you surf. Thank you so much.
