JJ_MAC  I use the non-compressed sync to folder and it works great. It's fast and easy to select what I want backed up.

I like that it has modules that dig out .pref files and other bits hidden in User/Library and other places for me.

I've backed up and restored mine and my wife's desktops and laptops many times using this little gem.
