INSOMNIC  This application has replaced Meteo as my defacto menubar weather application. It feels cleaner and snappier and the new version (currently in beta) expands on it without bloating. Definitely a must have for the "current weather" conscious.

The developer is also very responsive and actively developing this application.

Once the new version comes out it will be getting all 5 stars.

INSOMNIC  The player window is detached in VLC as well by default.

Use "MPlayer OSX" as the render option if you don't want the detached player window in Mplayer.

INSOMNIC  The newer builds from Haque don't have the MKV timing bug.

INSOMNIC  I have been using Haque's builds for awhile now and they are excellent. He is also linked from the official MPlayer page. They are very up to date builds and very reliable.

Mail Attachments Iconizer

INSOMNIC  This plugin offers functionality not present in Mail and provides a much needed way of dealing with attachments in a convenient way.

The new customizations are very nice to have and it works with the new Stationary feature in Mail 3.0.

The cost is well worth it (and there is an "upgrade" discount for current users).

This was the first plugin for Mail that I got when using Tiger and it was one of the first that was quickly revamped for Leopard. The developer is quick to respond to issues too. An excellent product.
