ILARI  I can see that you are using FileVault. Because of a bug in OS X, the use of FileVault breaks file access from AppleScript. iTuneMyWalkman uses AppleScript to get the locations of the music files from iTunes, so it does not work with FileVault.

You have two options that you can do:

1. Turn of FileVault entirely.

2. Move your iTunes Music Folder outside your home folder, so that it is not encrypted by FileVault.

ILARI  This is a bug introduced in version 0.93. The files actually get re-encoded fine, but iTuneMyWalkman then incorrectly renames them with the original file name. So they are actually mp3 files, but as the file name has a .m4a suffix, the phone cannot play them.

I will fix this bug in the next version.

ILARI  Sorry for the long delay in answering. I was on my summer vacation and I am now slowly going through all the messages.

I have not been able to reproduce the error message so I am not sure what is causing it. Does it always happen with the same track or does it vary from time to time?
