I paid willingly. $19.00 is not adequate payment for the pleasure I have derived from CandyBar and Pixadex. I think that some of the whiners here spend a lot more on a few bags of junk food or 10 minutes in a sports bar. This version does need some polishing, though. The generic/open folder action doesn't work. Replacement generic icon doesn't show in the finder, Just a transparent icon shows up. But no matter - they will fix it! |

I have an Intel Mac. If you need a Universal Binary for your MacBook, look elsewhere. This new edition works like a crippled slug on an Intel Mac. Also, they have now managed to do away with all mention of the where-abouts of the database in the files. It is not mentioned in any of the literature on line or in help. Instead of issuing updates every 2 weeks, he ought to start working on Universal Binary! |

This is the most comprehensive OS X utility made, in my opinion. I paid for it. However this latest iteration is not Universal Binary. I have a new MBP, and now use Onyx. I'll switch back once they fix it. It does make a difference on an Intel! |

This is really a silly application. Just install and archive. And during the install, also remove the printer software you don't need. I believe the unnecessary printer software amounts to more than the unneeded language software. |

I have owned Snapz Pro for over 2 years. In that time it has only worked about 4 months. It is the most frustrating application I have ever used. I spent a lot of time eMailing, removing plists, rebooting, attempting to change preferences, and all to no avail. Now it takes snaps only in pdfs. In a couple of places, a MANUAL is mentioned, but I was never able to find a place to download it. I am sure the developers mean well, but they have made it just tantalizing enough to drive users crazy. I have decided to relegate this to the same fate as Earthbrowser. I will erase all vestiges of it from my life, and that includes the serial number. |
