MAGNUS APOLLO There is a manual included in the folder "Snapz Pro X" in your application folder. It is included upon downloading the application. The title of this is Snapz Pro X 2.0 Manual.pdf The application should work fine on the OSX operating system. I'm unsure what you mean when you say it only worked for 4 months. If you could be more specific i'm sure it could be worked out.
