About Heymbit
I really love movies. I am a professional screenwriter, and I watch more movies than most movie addicts. I use Macs because of the incredible program iTunes is, and everything else that Macs can do :P

HEYMBIT  I've tried MetaX, Lostify, Parsley is Atomically Delicious, Subler, Tagger, and every other program available to tag iTunes Movie files. While I appreciate apps that have an incredible UI, I do focus mostly on performance and the tags that can be written. To this end, I've been forced to use multiple apps, as some apps can set an HD-SD tag, some apps can gather data from sites like TagChimp, basically a lot of great apps can do a lot of great things but no one app can do everything.

Then I stumbled upon Vidalin. It had the power of MetaX, at faster speeds, with a better design. I now use Vidalin instead of MetaX. While MetaX can get TagChimp data, Vidalin can do this and Yahoo Movies, for better data results, as more is better. Vidalin also keeps everything in one window, which as a power user I find just incredible. I can tag 20 files at once, and switching between multiple windows per file is a bit of a pain after a while. While Vidalin doesn't currently do everything the other apps do, it does a lot that any user will find incredible. But what's best is that it does this while keeping a slick UI, and applies tags faster than I've seen any other program.

But what's best about Vidalin is that it is being worked on, updated, improved. Programs like Lostify and MetaX haven't seen updates in months, even years. By the time Vidalin hits 2.0, it will have surpassed any and all other programs. Hell, by the time it hits 1.2 it will probably do that. I was a MetaX user, now I'm a Vidalin user. I gave Features and Value a 4 out of 5 because, like I said, it still can't do some things that other apps do (such as set a cnID number). However, it's clear that Vidalin is constantly improving, and I believe slight flaws like what was just said are soon to be a thing of the past.
