GOODWILL :)  Another bug: when a local pdf file (downloaded by app other than Sente) is added to the library, it can only be read inside the Sente window but not by external app such as Acrobat. Nevertheless, pdf file download within the Sente can be opened either way.

GOODWILL :)  DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE!!! It breaks Word compatibility with OS X Spaces again! When you switch of Word, it will not go to the space specified. Instead it will shows only the pallette! I really can not imagine people of MBU at Microsoft release this update without checking this.

I am the kind of person who always try to surf my favorite websites even when i should concentrate on more important work (such as writing a paper). This app help me a lot in that sense. One thing I would ask for the developer's favor is that to extend the block time from current 12 hrs to a longer period.

GOODWILL :)  I did an almost complete research to compare note-taking softwares: Devonthink pro(DTP), yojimbo, SOHO note, Mori etc. I finally tested DTP, SOHO note and Yojimbo. Based my experience, all of them have both pros and cons. I finally choose SOHO note due to its rich of features, particully for two unique features: quicknote and flashnote. The early version of SOHO note has two major problems: instability (buggy) and slowness. But after it upgrade to 6.2 and now the 6.3, the application is quite stable now. And the speed is much better than the earlier version (but still slower than DTP). I also notice that if you want to upgrade from earlier version, the best way is completely uninstall the earlier verion and install the latest version from the ground.

GOODWILL :)  A very nice map application. But there is one minor bug that the developer did not notice all the time. The exported RTF file will not display correctly at 5th- or higher level child branch if you have a file with more than 5 levels of child branches with outline number displayed (see below)

GOODWILL :)  Excellent! unbelieve powerful, even better than the native OS X dictionary. You can download more dictionaries from http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries_zh_CN.php. Select any dic you like. For installation, after the first round decompress, change the .dict.dz file to dict.gz, then decompress that file again. you will get a .dict file. then you can install the same way as other Mdict dictionaries.

GOODWILL :)  A nice note-taking app. Overall, I like this piece of program, though I still experience the slow responsiveness (as other people point out here) of the it. The flashnote and quicknote are absolutely two most attractive features that you will love.

GOODWILL :)  A very nice app. There is one bug for "desktop screen effects", however: Only the screen savers come with the Tiger OS X install DVD works. For user installed screen savers, it just show a black screen.

GOODWILL :)  Ok, I am waiting the final version of SB 4.1. For the developer's convenience, I am reporting another bug in 4.1b3: The width of the columns (such as name, created, modified, flag, etc) in the list windows have to be adjusted every time i start SB. Is it possible I ajust the width of each columns in the list window for one time and the program will remember that for all the note in different folders thus I do not need to adjust them every time i open a folder or start SB?
