FLABROCKET  I contributed today, got my code, and really noticed the speedup on my 1st-generation 4-core mac pro. I rely on this program a lot, it manages subtle WB tweaks that the Big Boys can't, and the price is right (even if you contribute, I mean).

May I request that the new Canon Powershot G10 cr2 format be supported as soon as possible? No lulz please, this program works very well with my 1Ds Mark III but I always carry a small camera around and just got my G10.

FLABROCKET  I was about to buy this program until I read the comments about the DRM scheme. I have bought hundreds of shareware and commercial applications over the years, many of them very expensive, and pirated exactly none. I understand the need for copy protection from the developer's viewpoint. I use several USB dongle such as the iLok that hold multiple product licenses. I even tolerate machine-locked hard-disk or ethernet-based protection schemes, inconvenient and user-unfriendly as they are.

However I would not for a moment even consider paying for a program that requires an optical disk to be present in a drive (except on very rare occasions, e.g. Propellerhead Reason) once the program has been installed. It's ridiculous. There's not even an opposing side to the argument. Ever hear of multi-tasking?

Mr. Developer: your ideas about copy protection are simply wrong. They have lost you at least this one customer.
