FARIBORZ  I already own Radioshift and although it's a great program I finally bought and switched to Snowtape. The reason is that I found Snowtape's interface very nice and intuitive and its integrated recording and editing feature is second to none. FARIBORZ  I'm a very satisfied user of Ultralingua Dictionaries and use constantly three of them: "Collins Pro English", "Collins Pro English Italian" and "Ultralingua English". Although I have other famous dictionaries such as Cambridge and Oxford, I find Ultralingua more useful for my daily work. It's easier to trace a word in its concise dictionaries rather than looking for a needle in a haystack by using bigger dictionaries. Of course if you need to perform a thorough search for the origins of a word and want to know how it is used in a particular context, you might need one of those hefty dictionaries I mentioned before. However, this is not the case for many of us in our daily work. I benefited from a special discount for buying a third dictionary and found their customer support very friendly and helpful. FARIBORZ  I use this software to keep track of my things to do and have found it extremely helpful and in the meantime fun to use! Instead of jotting down my notes I record them onto Voice Candy and they pop out when time expires. Using a different voice for each appointment might not seem essential but it brings some light and humor to the dull days of our work in office. My only complaint is that sometimes the warning dialog boxes don't come to the front especially when I'm performing other operations on my Mac. I think it's essential that these boxes float on the top of other boxes to attract attention. After all, who wants to lose that very special appointment?!
