ERRORR I found out how to turn off cocothumb's reflection by clicking on the (+) button... (not very clear UI!) I find Pinki not very intuitive, it launches as a menubar item without a window (perhaps that's a feature). I am going to stick with Cocothumb for the time being. (Version 1.1.1)

ERRORR This is great. I don't recall another application that does this. (Andromeda Screens for Photoshop does some of its effects but purely in bitmap). I will definitely play with it more. Right now I am liking the generated harmonious colours, the grid and the random vector shapes I can further tweak in illustrator. Definitely a one-off and not "yet another mac application that does the same old thing" (Version 2.1.2)

ERRORR Since when is WOW factor a prerequisite for good UI design? That's like saying a flashier paintwork makes a better car to drive! Or a colour TV sounds better than a black and white TV... You will not even notice the UI if it is truly great. (Version 1.3.4)

ERRORR For those who prefer a freeware backgammon game, there is GNUbg which can be installed by fink and run on X11. I have played David's BG but personally prefer GNUbg's gameplay. It has an invaluable analysis mode where it analyses all moves and dice throws. Last I checked, it ranks above 2000, way up there on FIBS (http://www.fibs.com/) (Version 5.4.6)

ERRORR Extra $ for extra eye candy! Unless you need Jam or Blueray or extra jumping everywhere UI. I haven't come across anything that makes this a worthwhile upgrade. Still doesn't handle DVD subtitles. I am currently burning a DVD... The unnecessary animation is showing me a blurred image saying "preparing... 67% completed!" No clue if the burning/verifying is in progress or that Toast is preparing! Preparing what? (Version 8.0)

MahJong Tradition | Dec 1 2006 |
ERRORR I wish there was less emphasis on the eyecandy aspect of this game. The game play UI seriously needs improvement. Currently there is no way of knowing which tiles have already been discarded. With tiles going all over the place. It takes a lot of focus to figure out whose turn it really is. There is also no way of keeping score/point (bad discarder pays double, self-pick scoring etc). But my biggest complaint of all is that you have to set a fixed winning tile system (All pung, all chow) and stick to it, there is no concept of special hands for extra "fan" . These are what I think make the game of Mahjong unique and interesting. All in all, thank you for making a great effort. (Version 1.2)

ERRORR Still cannot do global search despite the search field says "ALL" - you will not be able to find an entry if you do not know which category it is classified under, give you a fake impression that it doesn't exist. iPartition | Jul 6 2006 |
ERRORR Just how is its compatible with "Boot camp" as mentioned here? Couldn't find more information even at the web site. Can I perhaps partition my hard disk into multiple partitions and still able to install "Boot camp"? Or that I can partition an external drive in GUID and install bootcamp on it? Or is it as compatible as "Disk Copy" in that it is compatible as long as I only have one partition on my internal harddisk? I would like to achieve the first two. (Version 1.5.1)

CHRIS SUTER It's compatible in so far that it can manipulate partition tables that boot camp has set-up (except that it cannot resize NTFS or FAT filesystems yet). It should also be possible to partition your disk as required in order that you can install Windows i.e. skipping the Boot Camp process. For further information, please contact us. MILLCA Having trouble dragging and dropping a photo? Try this trick: Select the photo you desire to drop in with your mouse and while still holding down the mouse button as you drag it, click command-tab which will bring up all of your open applications. Keep hitting tab until Color Schemer Studio is highlighted. This will make the Color Schemer Studio come to forefront so you can drop the photo onto it. May take some practice to get used to this but once you know this trick, it will help in a LOT of different situations. (Version 1.5.2)

ERRORR Thought this would be a quick way to browse files, turn things on and off in my Library directory. But it seems to be much more annoying than just manually using the finder, almost every click results in a modal warning window, you can only dismiss by clicking "cancel", UI is inconsistent and can be confusing at least within the "Library browser"... I couldn't bear to try anything else. (Version 4.0b1)

KRYSTOF VASA Mr. Errorr (?) If you have any ideas how to improve this application, feel free to contact me via email at putaint[at]seznam.cz I don't really understand the "UI is inconsistent " statement. a) this is a beta version, in the final version, you'll be able to turn this off in the preferences b) this is a protection of user's data, so the user doesn't do something that he/she doesn't want to do. Please, it would greatly help me and further development of this program, if you would be so kind and contact me, telling me, what exactly is wrong in your eyes and I can try fixing it. ERRORR I came from "Sogudi" and loving the simplicity, however I sadly missed the "default" search feature whereby typing say "aaa bbb" will trigger a google search (in my case) for "aaa bbb" without requiring a specifc "shortname". ERRORR Doesn't have a global group. Thus you cannot perform a global search (more correctly, filter). Can only search within one group. No Spotlight intergration, unlike say "info.xhead" or "secretbook". The ability to add fields as needed is nice since you are not restricted to fixed set. However the only way to do multiple lines of text within one field is to cut and copy from a third party text editor. By default, documents are not encrypted! (Version 2.5)
