I don’t see why you decided to post a negative comment rather than contact our support team, but I can assure you, that all the issues with our software are given maximum detailed attention, and we guarantee the satisfaction with our products if you provide the same in return. Moreover, there can be multiple reasons why your SWF file could be erroneously converted. Most probably it is not created according to Macromedia’s SWF specifications, this is the most common reason. Finally judging from your review, you put all 1’s, it isn’t objective at all.
