File Juicer is definitely a must-have utility if you do any work with graphics. Pulling a vector file from a PDF publication has repeatedly saved me the time and effort of finding the right person and the correct file in the graphics department of an organization. The application is drag-and-drop-dead-simple. The extracted files are classified/organized in folders. Intuitive is the word - won't need the manual unless you want to tap into even more powerful features (e.g., recovering files off erased flash cards, from damaged files and more). Updates and improvements are introduced on a pretty routine basis. Can't speak for the responsiveness of the developer because I've never had problems that required a response. Juicer truly earns its 5-star rating. Echo One also produces Double Take for making photo panoramas - another ease-of-use winner. If you've never tried making a pano, now's the time. And no, I have no relation to Echo One - just really appreciate apps that make my work a little easier. |
