STAINLESS STEEL  The reviewer, DOC. is smoking to much crack!!! Saft is such an amazing application! I tell all of my internet friends about it and it has help me immensely over the few years that I have owed it. The developer responds quickly and professionally... case in point, Apple release Security Update, Developer has Saft update THE SAME DAY in evening.

In the folder that is included is a text filed named "Installation Notes." In the note is an email address that you write with your problem(s). I've been successfully using this new version with Safari 3.

F451  I do not know that it will not work with Safari 2.x as the installer "Customize" option allows SIMBL to be installed. I am glad that the developer took the time to release this version. It's a start, and the developer is clear about it shortcomings at this point, but there is nothing like PithHelmet, nothing. Mac users' are moving on from Safari 2.x. I'm using 3.x beta, and not returning to 2.x.

AERGERN  Well, some of us are not moving on from 2.x because it breaks quite a few plugins to do so. So having a version that works with both 2.x and 3.x would be the way to go. Were this freeware I wouldn't complain at all, but since it's payware .. I feel free to bitch. :D

F451  You can still download the prior version of PithHelmet 2.6.7 that works well with Safari 2.x. Also, PithHelmet is really Honorware. You check the box that says "I Paid" based on you honesty.

Doc. have you tried removing SIMBL from your system and running this version on Safari 3.x? It works for me. If you have licensed Red Snapper, and FLVR, simply reload them afterwards.
