DNSChanger Removal Tool		Feb 26 2009

DAVE12345  I downloaded this and tried to run it but it would not work. The icon appears briefly in the dock and disappears and I get the message DNS Removal Tool unexpectedly quit. Have tried emptying trash restarting computer, closing all other programmes...I'm running osx 10.3.9. What's wrong? I would be grateful for help. Thanks.
