DAFYDD  Speed seems to be one of the major gripes with iTerm. I was just having some problems, and couldn't figure out what was going on - iTerm was using over 600MB of memory on startup! I then remembered that I'd increased the scroll buffer to 500,000 lines; decreasing back to 50000 fixed the problem. iTerm is back to being reasonably speedy again.
