CREATIVEAEON  Well, I have tried Circus Ponies Notebook, and for what I need for my particular project, Caboodle is the better solution. The layout, the simplicity -- these are the key features I require in this instance.

I answer a lot of the same questions over and over. Many can be answered with a template response, but I like to customize them a bit for variety. Caboodle is a terrific tool for storing and organizing my responses by topic. And more than that, it lets me group similar stored responses, which I can quickly review when I need something a bit more personalized. I can add and search Keywords as well as Subjects. It's become an invaluable tool in my work, increasing my productivity and thereby lowering my stress level.

It's simple. It's easy to use. And for the tasks I use it for, it's very efficient.

The customer support is fabulous as well -- prompt, courteous, helpful. Rare features in software support today. I recommend Caboodle, and I'm happy to support them!
