I've used Amadeus for years and have nothing but high praise for its capabilities and for the attentive guy who has steadily developed it over time. So I agree with the others who have commented about Amadeus. Why pay more for this app, when the other is, according to reviews, better?

Can't get this app to work AT ALL, even though I use a new iMac duo core and run the latest 10.4.10 OS.

First problem: When I open the program I get a window asking me to donate 12 bucks, but no matter what I click on, I get an error beep. Can't donate. Can't not donate. Can't change the amount. Can't close the window. But I can drag it out of the way...

Behind that window is a window that says I don't have any "labels" in my gDisk, and it wants to know if I want to set some up now. If I click Yes, the program immediately crashes. If I click no, I can then select to create a label manually, by clicking on "New Label." But once I type the name in, and click "Okay," nothing happens. Window won't close, can't Cancel the window, program is totally inert on my desktop. All I can do is Quit it.

There is no Help for gDisk, no place to call, no forum, and utterly NO explanation about how the program works or what its supposed to do--except for that one or two sentence on the download page. All it says is that I can "turn my gmail account into a hard disk" or some such. No mention of how to set it up or how to use it.

It might be fairly intuitive, if it worked. I don't understand how this program gets raving reviews from others but acts like it's from an alien universe on mine.

Any hints? Know of any forum that discusses this?

Thank you.
