CATNAP GAMES  It's a Java program and the PPC-only info you're getting comes from an outdated Java launcher. The current version has an Universal Binary of the launcher so the info shows correctly. This has no impact on performance though and runs on both PPC and Intel Macs.

CATNAP GAMES  Partially, yes. The main characters and the aliens are made out of clay, the cars are plastic toys, some of the buildings are models. The rest is digitally created or edited photos/textures.
