wow, we are getting detailed here. I don't know if I will add them, if I do it wont be for awhile. I will though make anything you want me to. if you want me to make the whole conference it may take me a little while, but if you have a specific school or actually anything else (any icon you want made) just ask, I enjoy making them. and it would also help if you could send me a picture or even just a link to a web page with the picture/logo. I will then e-mail it back to you when I am done. Don't be afraid to ask for other stuff to do, I am at a loss for making things, I have done other stuff as well like Musical Instruments and Mac computers but now am just making random things. Thank you for your interest -Shawn Welling |

well... quicktime pro can do it... but I would say use iSquint. It is free, and it is for ipods but you could just put that file in there and change the size that way. |

If you want to use the icon, all you have to do is right click and go to "get info." Then click on the small icon at the top, "copy" and "paste" onto the small icon of the "get info" section of the thing you want to replace. As for opening it to edit, all I know is to take a snapshot of the icon and pasting it into Photoshop (or whatever else you wnt to use). i am sorry and would like to know myself if there is a better way. |

I used Photoshop to make them, that must be why it says the kind is "Adobe..." I don't know anyway of opening an icon in photoshop without taking an image of the icon (function + shift + 4) and opening the image then with photoshop |

First I would like to note that it is not the largest... "College and University Icons" has over 300 I had a hard time liking these icons. My main problem was that icons should be a photo or computer done. They aren't an actual photo, and with being computer done, they are not done artistically, only the same bland design repeated. My other problem was that yes there is a lot of them, but many seem to repeat. for example 4 different Xserve's look almost identical, as well as multiple computers. props to spending time on this project, I know myself how long it can take, but I felt as if I was surfing though the same icons repeatedly. |

if you think the icon in the menu is ugly and don't want it there, and would like a nice looking widget |
